Chiaki's youngest brother is a small, young boy with dark eyes and short dark hair with an evened fringe.[1]
He initially wore a dark-colored shirt with long, light-colored sleeves.[1] However, he later began wearing a light-colored sweater with a double triangle pattern on the back with a thin section underneath, which is adorned with dark dots. He also wore dark pants and light-colored shoes with this outdoor outfit.[2]

Chiaki's Youngest Brother has a childish attitude, as he mistook "Brainless Furuichi" for a sentient toy and immediately went to play with him.[1]

One morning, he and his older brother went to Chiaki's room where they found "Brainless Furuichi" with her, whom they mistake for a talking toy. Fascinated by the young man, they go play with him outside. The two children strap "Brainless Furuichi" to a toy car outside their home and accelerate it, with Chiaki's Youngest Brother following after the toy car. However, they lose sight of "Brainless Furuichi" after the toy car crashes somewhere in the fields and strays off from them; unaware of his intentions, both boys look around and call for him.[3]
