Biography[]
A mangaka from Ōtsu, Shiga Prefecture, Ryūhei Tamura was a former assistant for Toshiaki Iwashiro, creator, and author of the manga series PSYREN. He is a friend of Naoki Iwamoto, creator of Magico.
