Yinglong (応竜 , Ōryū) is a Pillar Baron of Behemoth's 34 Pillar Division.

Appearance

Yinlong has the appearance of a Chinese man with his hair tied into a long back ponytail. He also wears a Chinese martial arts garb underneath his Pillar Baron uniform.

Personality

Yinlong initially appeared to be very stoic and did not talk unless necessary. He seems to be less arrogant than most of the Pillar Division as he had bothered to check if Toujou was truly defeated by Yata's attack while his fellow Pillar Baron instantly declared a premature victory. He also questioned if Toujou was truly human when he witnessed the delinquent breaking Yata's sword. Yinlong is very cautious in battle as he immediately declared to Yata to fight against Toujou together to ensure a higher chance for victory rather than fight him alone even when the human was slightly injured by Yata's attack.

Plot

Yinlong is seen confronting Oga alongside Pillar Barons, Quetzalcoatl and Yata, and 8 other pillars when he ran into a narrow hallway. When took the elevator after Toujou easily defeated two pillars with one attack, Yinlong confronted the human with Yata after Quetzalcoatl ran after Oga. After Yata injured Toujou with his supersonic sword and prematurely declared victory, Yinlong questioned if Toujou is really a human after seeing him break Yata's sword in a faster movement. After this he declared to Yata to fight against Toujou together. Toujou mentioned to Quetzalcoatl that either Yata or Yinlong disappeared while the other was defeated when he joined Oga in Quetzalcoatl's special room.

During the fight against Satan, Yinlong is seen together with most of Pillar Division to form a contract with Furuichi in order to defeat the greater demon. Though he along with the rest of the Pillar Division were easily defeated by Satan by petrification however was released with the Fuji and Satan fusion recalled all the power he used during the battle.

Great Demonic Power: As a Pillar Baron, Yinlong is a powerful demon and commands the lower ranked demons of the Pillar Division.
